Our furnished homes

Wait, this is super important!

All of our properties have AC, high-speed wifi and parking. That's either free, unrestricted street parking with plenty of room out front, or designated parking. There's always parking nearby! Every home is pet friendly and fully furnished with everything you need to cook, clean and maintain it.

Prices shown are for month-to-month leases, and pricing is seasonal. To lock in a price for a longer stay, you'll need to commit to a 6-month lease.

We require a deposit of one month's rent to hold the unit, and your first month's rent is due one week before move-in. This holding deposit is forfeited if you cancel, and it becomes your regular deposit at move-in.

To confirm your booking, you'll need proof of monthly income of 2x one month's rent, or proof of 6 months' rent in an account in your name. ALL ADULTS staying in the home must pass a background check to qualify.
